June Declared 'LGBT Pride Month'
President Barack Obama has proclaimed the month of June 2009 as "Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month." No, I am not going to post comments about President Obama. What struck me about the article were the statistics. 2.8 percent of men and 1.4 percent of women report some level of homosexual behavior. Does that surprise anyone else besides me? How does such a small percent of the population have such a loud voice? Unfortunately, I think it is called media.
